Did you know that Cycling Make You Feel Good?

If you’re waiting for a sign... HERE IT IS‼️ Go ride a BIKE 🚴🏽‍♂️ Did you know that Cycling Make You Feel Good? ✌🏻 Riding a bike is the best exercise, stress relief, and leisure activity in one. Cycling is super fun.! 🚵🏻🤪

Physical activity influences the release and uptake of chemicals in your brain 🤯 that make you feel good. 🙋🏻‍♀️ Exercise reduces the levels of adrenaline and cortisol, which are known as stress hormones, and increases the production of endorphins (a.k.a. the happy hormones) in the body. 👊🏼🔥 Staying active also lessens the risk of depression and reduces occurrences of depressed mood 😳 and short-term and long-term feelings of anxiety. When you’re cycling, 🚲 there’s no room to dwell on the problems and issues because you need to focus on staying safe while riding. By the end of the journey, the physical 🏃🏻‍♀️ and mental 🧠 effort of cycling helps relax 😎 and calm your mind and body. 💫 Exercise is necessary to be healthy. 💪💯 The average adult should get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week. Cycling is one of the best physical activities you can do to stay healthy. ⚡️ Like any aerobic exercise, it promotes cardiovascular by strengthening heart muscles, lowering resting pulse, and reducing blood fat levels. 💥 The resistance factor of pedaling also helps fortify joints, muscles, 🦾 and bones. 🦴 Riding on two wheels also improves your balance, coordination, and, surprisingly, your posture too. 🔥 Finally, cycling is a low-impact exercise. It puts little to no harmful stress on the body. 🙌🤗
