
How to make healthy lemon cake.

Ingredients:
1 cup (220 g) Greek yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp baking powder
⅓ cup (30 g) protein powder
3 to 4 tbsp (60 ml) maple syrup
3 tosp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
Walnuts
Step 1 - Prep.
Preheat the oven to 350°F put parchment paper in a 4x8 baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, egg, maple syrup, lemon juice and vanilla extract until smooth. Sift in the baking powder, almond flour and protein powder, then fold gently until fully combined; there should be no lumps left in the batter.
Step 3 - Bake.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan, add walnuts on the top and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
