Practice Positive Thinking

How positive or negative thoughts can change our day.
Every morning instead of thinking about what we don't have or don't like, we started with thoughts of gratitude, focus on the good.
Each thought we choose builds momentum the positive energy starts to grow and it's felt by the people around us, positive thinking turns us to feel a bit lighter. a big more encouraged and we may pass that energy on.
When we think a positive thinking is a conscious decision to look at life through a lens of possibility, to believe that solutions exist and that we have the power to change ourselves and by extension our lives. Life is not easy, life is full of test, it throws us curveballs an bring situations we couldn't have anticipated, but how we respond to those challenges, the attitude we choose create the reality we live in.
A single negative though, a complaint
can set up ripples just as powerful a positive one can.
The key difference;
positive energy multiplies in ways that are constructive, creating growth, inspiration and connection. That's the kind of ripple that can make a lasting impact.
* Positive thinking isn't just a personal exercise, it’s something that flows outward.
*What we allow in or minds will shape our attitude, our actions and ultimately our life.
A powerful exercise is to catch yourself in those negative moments and consciously shift to
positive thought.
It could be something small, a reminder of what you’re gratetul for or thought about a positive outcome.
Think of it as pulling a weed in your garder and plantings a flower instead.
When we cultivate positive thinking we create a space in our minds where growth creativity and connection can flourish and the more we do it the easier it becomes.
Positivity like any other habit strengthens with practice.
Positive thinking it's about choosing to see possibilities despite the difficulties.
Life brings us challenges so that we can learn, so
that we can grow stronger and wiser. But, when we approach those challenges with a positive mindset we're better equipped to handle them.
Thinking of every difficulty you face as an opportunity to spread resilience and hope .
When you model this for others it's inspiring. You never know who might be watching, who might be influenced by your example. And by Choosing a positive response. You’re setting a standard that others will notice and often they’ll begin to adopt that mindset too.
Your resilience, your strength in the face of adversity becomes a ripple that can uplift those around you.
