CHAI SPICED PANCAKES

MAKES 5 PANCAKES PREP 5 MINUTES COOK 10 MINUTES

Vegan

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup plain flour

1/2 tbsp coconut sugar

1.5 tsp baking powder


TO SERVE

Nut butter

Bananas

Walnuts

Maple syrup


METHOD

1Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk well until smooth.

2Heat a frypan over medium heat and spray with oil or butter to coat the base. Once hot, pour in 1/4 cup of batter to form each pancake. Cook on both sides until golden.

3Stack onto a plate and top with nut butter, bananas, walnuts and maple syrup. Enjoy immediately while hot!
