I have been practicing yoga for a quite some time, it helps me improve my biking 🚵🏻‍♀️ skills and overall fitness. Yoga is an exercise for the body and mind 💫that leads to greater aerobic strength, flexibility and focus. This helps create muscular balance to prevent injury, and builds a stronger 💪💯 support system for while you're on the bike. 🚴

If you are looking for a creative way to get strength and resistance training while improving range of motion and balance, yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ may be a good addition to your workouts. Yoga may be the perfect cross-training method for athletes of all sports.
